HOW DO RETURN & EXCHANGES DURING PRE-ORDERS WORK?
We've opened for pre-orders on 31st October. Curlfriends will be allowed to view and purchase to their hearts content with orders being fulfilled within a 3-4 week time frame. We'll be keeping you posted on the progress of your orders and ensuring we can get them to you as soon as possible.
Within the timeframe of pre-order, you will be able to return and/or exchange your products, however once your order has been processed, we won't be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Processing usually takes 1-2 days of the order being placed, within this time frame we're able to accept returns and/or exchanges, once the products have been shipped we're unfortunately unable to accept any returns.
We recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later to ensure we can help with any issues.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products; we're unable to accept returns but we want to ensure that you get the right products for yourself so get in touch to find out what would best suit you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
