HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
We've opened for pre-orders on 31st October 2020. Curlfriends will be allowed to view and purchase to their hearts content with orders being fulfilled within a 3-4 week time frame. We'll be keeping you posted on the progress of your orders and ensuring we can get them to you as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-2 days for orders (online & click and collect) to be processed and up to 48 hours for shipping. If you're looking to receive your order sooner; please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering to see how we can help you!
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship all items via Royal Mail, 48 TRACKED for £4.74, we will also have the option to collect your orders from our workshop in Liverpool for free very soon! (+ socially distanced)
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We opened in East London, and our first workshop will always have our heart but recently moved to Liverpool!
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products; we're unable to accept returns but we want to ensure that you get the right products for yourself so get in touch to find out what would best suit you.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At the moment, we're currently shipping only to the UK, but check back soon - we'll have something for our worldwide curlfriends!
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE? WHERE DO THE MATERIALS COME FROM?
Every product is handmade in our workshop in East London, we use curl friendly ingredients, suitable for sensitive skin and free from; sulphates, silicones and parabens.
All butters and oils are natural and/or organic.
We're plant based and cruelty-free!

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
We ensure all products are in the best condition when they leave our workshop, but sometimes the journey is a little bumpy and for that we can't apologise enough; if you find yourself with a defective order, please get in touch via email; firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
We accept changes during order processing which usually takes between 1-2 days, once our order has been shipped unfortunately we aren't able to make any changes but you can get in touch via email; email@example.com
